I am Brad Mason, and after a 36-year career in education, including 11 years serving as a Superintendent in two Southern California school districts, I felt a strong pull to continue making a meaningful impact in the field. EDucated Consulting was created to support executive-level leaders in strengthening their ability to lead with clarity and conviction.
Along the way, I have seen the full spectrum of interactions between schools and companies seeking to serve them, the good, the challenging, and everything in between.
